This new custom construction home offers a unique floor plan with a spacious entry and living area. Gorgeous picture windows above the stairway let in a great amount of natural light. Texturious Designs was hired to assist with material selections and furnishings. Every detail about this house was thoroughly considered and customized for the homeowner. For the black, white, and gray kitchen, we included a very playful backsplash mosaic with colors seen again and again throughout the home. Quartz countertops are featured throughout the kitchen, lower level wet bar, and baths. A custom mudroom with locker/bench seating compliments the wood trim on the tv wall.
