The Vision

This new construction project in Urbandale, Iowa is the definition of livable luxury. The clients' love of coastal travel and Wine Country inspired this serene and modern home. The design features creamy whites, oak floors, and accents of black hardware with both charming and contemporary elements. Texturious Designs was hired to assist with space planning, review of construction documents, mood boards, and all interior and exterior selections. The kitchen features Wolf appliances, oversize fridge, mini-fridge, double wall oven, large island, and full-height quartz backsplash. The primary bath is one of the best features with a large walk-through shower, custom glass accent wall and free-standing tub. The shower walls and floors are lined with a taupe ceramic tile and high-end plumbing fixtures. This shower has it all, with handheld fixtures, rainhead, and is operated by Kohler DTV, with one button push, the exact temperature can be set. The primary closet includes custom built-ins with integrated LED strip lighting, shoe and shelving organization. The exterior includes a lanai and outdoor kitchen for entertaining and enjoyment. The lower level features a full kitchenette and impressive wine room for bottle storage.
