The kitchen incorporates modern finishes and stainless appliances to support our client’s lifestyle and functional-needs. Corner shelving surrounds the sink with a large picture window. Shiplap is featured as the accent around the fireplace paired with a soft over-grouted stone. This same stone was installed on the exterior to create cohesiveness from the outside to interior. The living room is very spacious, making it the perfect spot to curl up with family and loved ones. Pendants and chandeliers by Hinkley hang above. The basement wet bar is a bold stunner with black tile, black cabinetry, quartz countertops, and recessed shelf lighting. The stacked tile pattern provides a modern twist on subway tile and is accented with a gold Delta faucet and white quartz countertops. The primary bath features a black and white color scheme with chevron-patterned tile in the shower and a geometric floor tile.
