Our professional design fees vary based on the size, scope, and complexity of your project. As a general guide, kitchen remodel design fees typically range from $7,500–$15,000, comprehensive main-floor remodels from $12,000–$25,000, and whole-home design projects can reach $50,000–$60,000+ in professional design fees.
For larger remodeling and new construction projects, design fees are typically around 3% of the anticipated overall project investment, with a customized proposal provided after we learn more about your home and project goals.
These fees cover our professional design services and are separate from construction costs, furnishings, materials, fixtures, and other products purchased for your home.
